Free delivery offer is available in a 6 hour window between 8 am – 5 pm, for orders that meet the minimum order amount for their respective zone. Delivery is door to door. Additional cartage or elevators will incur additional fees. Other conditions may apply to this offer. Please contact a sales representative for details.
What Can I do if my order does not meet the minimum delivery order size?
Customers are welcome to pick up and return their products directly from our depot. The depot is located at 50 fell Avenue in North Vancouver. Alternatively, you can also make arrangements to have a courier come to pick up from our depot as well. Any courier arrangement must be made by the customer.
What type of service can I expect when the truck arrives for my scheduled delivery/pick up ?
We offer a door-to-door delivery/pick-up service. We do not offer set-up or teardown services of our rental merchandise For deliveries with extenuating circumstances extra charges may apply. Extra charges may apply if equipment is not stacked and organized by the renter in the same manner as when the items were delivered ready for us to pick-up. When will my items be delivered and picked up?
Our regular delivery hours are between 8am – 5pm seven days a week (excluding stat holidays). You can choose an anytime, 4hrs, 2hrs, or 30 minute time frame between our regular delivery hours for an additional cost. The dates and times you have selected will be noted on your reservation along with the appropriate charges. Please contact a sales representative for more information and rates.
What if I require delivery or pick-up outside of your regular 8am – 5pm hours or on a stat holiday?
You can schedule delivery and/or pick-up anytime outside of our regular hours for an additional fee. Please contact a sales representative for more information and rates for our after hours service.
Do you have out-of-town delivery and pick-up service?
Yes, we deliver to several out of town locations some minimum order levels may be required. The rates are dependant on the specific location and any possible ferry fees. Please contact a sales representative to inquire whether our service is available in your area as well as the rates in accordance to this area.
What if I am not present to receive my items at the location/venue when the truck arrives to deliver/pick-up?
You are responsible for all arrangements with your venue to ensure it is accessible for both delivery and pick-up. If you know you will not be on-site for the delivery/pick-up please contact a sales representative with instructions as to where the items are to be left. Always ensure the people receiving your order are aware and are prepared for the delivery and pick up. If we are unable to access the site, the delivery/pick-up must be re-scheduled at an additional cost.
