About Our Company:

The Butler did it catering company is the lower mainland’s best catering company in our price range. We are a medium priced company meaning we give extraordinary value for high-end events and for events on a tight budget, we exceed expectations with our high standards with fabulous quality. Our motto “Affordable Elegance” describes our company very well.

Jamie Avantini is our Executive Chef; Kristy Abbott is our Executive Sous Chef.

Approximate Number of full time Staff:

We currently employ about 50 full time and up to 100 part time and on call staff. We are always looking for new energetic people to join our on call team. Area of Expertise:

We are a full service catering company that is able to take care of all your catering and event requirements. From small corporate lunches to BBQs, weddings and fundraising galas we can take care of your event needs. Our event coordinators will help you with all the details and walk you through the organizing process from start to finish.

Catering is our main focus and core business but we also have two cafes; one is in the front of our catering kitchen at 340 west 2nd ave Vancouver and the other is in Richmond City Hall where we are the exclusive catering company for the city of Richmond.

Food Styles:

We can create all food styles but our specialty would be classified as West Coast Fresh. We regularly create international and theme menus.

Service Radius:

Have food will travel. Vancouver and the surrounding suburbs is where most of our events are, but we have catered to the Gulf Islands, Whistler and as far out as Mission and Chilliwack.

Liability Insurance Coverage:

We are fully insured by Aviva Insurance for $5 million.
