Our Executive Chef:

Mina Petrovich is the owner and operator of AMF. She built the company with a passion for food and feeding those around her. She is an SFU graduate with a BA in Communications, along with a French Culinary Degree from Dubrulle. She started her culinary training at The Sutton Place Hotel and Cin Cin Ristorante in Vancouver. She moved through a few catering companies in town and found her niche. She knew this is what she was meant to do.
