Operations Manager, Lonsdale Event Rentals

Lonsdale Event Rentals in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced candidate with a solid operational background to oversee the day to day operations of this growing organization.
The Opportunity
This is a unique role that requires an enthusiastic and energetic leader who can effectively assess our organization and in turn build operations processes and infrastructure with the agility required to move at the speed of the company's growth. Every unique role requires a unique individual. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will possess a desire for efficiencies and creating a productive work environment. A candidate with strong experience with warehouse operations, managing teams, working with project management and systems analysis are ideal. We are looking for someone with a balance of strong leadership experience as well as a relentless passion for getting their hands dirty in order to truly understand their organization and to get things done. If you posses an entrepreneurial spirit, are results-driven, an experienced operations management professional with exceptional skills in process analysis and implementation, internal and external customer service and staff motivation skills, we want to talk to you!
